Agent progress...

No that's not the guys name.

I've gone for a touch of medieval with the agent in the form of a gladius sword with straps:
Placed about here I think:
And some detail added to both hands (the right hand now has finger tips) as well as some armour to the shoulder of the bionic arm:
That's all for now.

It's been a while...

Hello chums,

Having had a very busy few months I'm back on the hobby wagon.

This is just a quick post to assure y'all I'm not dead!

To business, a WIP imperial agent.

Based on the old confrontation tech leader mini.

I'm not sure what role he'll be playing in the campaign (if any) I may just make him a bodyguard for the lady ][nquisitor.

Sayonara for now...

Is it my birthday...

...no.
But I did treat myself to this:
It's a deal..
...it's a steal...
...it's the sale of the century.

Where's my tools.

It's been a while...

Hello boys and girls.

First off apologies for the lack of post, it's been a busy few weeks.

Now back to bizznizz,

Who remembers this great game:
 That's right G to the M.

 GorkaMorka!

I'm bringing it back!

Same ruleset as beloved necromunder but with more ork craziness you can shake a giant 'shroom at!

This is what I got so far: Da Dragsta!

Vroom vroom.

And some good ol' dakka dakka!!!
This bad boyz gettin' a modern makeover.
As is the old WD issue watch tower.
I miss the 90's when you got free shit in white dwarf.

That's all for today, stay tuned for progress on the fort and I've got some updated necro in the paint shop.

Tar tar.

New Van Saar.

Out of all the house gangs my favourite has to be Van Saar.
You have a lot of options when starting a gang of these guys.
Buy the originals from GW or eBay,
Hold out and buy the super rare, multipart fanatic Van Saar,
Or kit bash your own as I have.

But the kit bash just isn't Van Saar enough.
You need the bodyglove/still-suit first and foremost.
To this end I've decided to go the extra mile and sculp a tech bodyglove on to an empire soldier I've had knocking about.

After chopping the fantasy bits off I was left with a pretty cool armature to sculpt some detail on.
This is still very WIP as only the first layer of detail is applied.

Feedback would be appreciated.

Not much to report this week so here's a few pics of current projects.

Killer robots from mars.

WIP's on some more hybrids.

WIP barricades.

And some nearly finished scenery.

Nice one Jim! Some WIP's

Ahoy mates.

I'd like to dedicate this post Jim.
Without Jim these WIP's wouldn't be here.
Not because he gave me access to a bits box or anything, but for getting a damn good shoeing at the hands of my 'stealer cult.
It was a great game (for me, haha) that yielded just enough creds for a small expansion to the cult. The skull hanging from the belt on the 4th hybrid is no random decoration it's a tribute to one of the enemy, killed outright in close combat.
Still in progress, I should have some paint on them in the next few days.

The last 3 pics are the home base of Gavin's beastman gang.
He chose to form the gang around the Ratskin list, with some minor changes.
I hope to get pics of the full gang shortly and get the man himself to write up the reasons why and how conversions were conceived, with a bit of fluff to back it up.

Enjoy.

The gangs: Van Saar.

A new gang to add to the list, this time Van Saar.

This was a pretty straight forward kit bash using bits from various imperial kits, all plastic.

This dude is the leader, a heavy will follow shortly, followed by the completed Pa Klopek.

Enjoy.

The Klopeks, nearly there.

The Klopeks, much feared in the sumps are ready for paint!
Conversion work was completed yesterday and I thought I'd share.

'Pa' Klopek turned out very well as a missionary that's lost his way. And I'm looking forward to painting the two headed twist.

I've also added a PIP of the colour palate to be used through the gang,

This has been a very enjoyable and challenging project so far, and the painting should be more so...

25 years in the making.

Another contribution from Chris, a rogue trader imperial robot!
This bad boy has been knocking around a bits box for years, but after feeling the buzz of Inq28, it was dug out and given some love.

Enjoy, it's a great piece.
